Summary:
Responsible for performing all clerical functions as it relates to the AWG Brands Divisional office.
Provide ultimate customer service to AWG Member Stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Ability to perform the following duties along with all other duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
It is the responsibility of everyone at AWG to provide ultimate customer service to our members to support their efforts in increasing same store sales and profits.
Answer member calls/emails and handle complaints/issues in a timely manner; to include order add-ons, cancellations, credits, research invoices, place will call orders etc.
Research credits through the AWG camera system.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Degree or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Knowledge of AWG systems/programs including the following:
SCM, ADW, PCOMM, People Soft, DLX, StoreFront, Arc, On Demand, Service Now, Notepad and Concur.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
