Electrical Controls Technician

Small privately owned company producing large metal forming equipment.
50 employees.
Products are press brakes, hydraulic shears, and hydraulic presses.
Will need a working knowledge of AutoCad and experience with electrical circuitry, specifically 110V and 24V control panels.
Understanding of Ladder Logic and the ability to product schematic drawings is extremely helpful.
Company can train someone in some of these areas as long as he/she is computer literate.
PLCs used are mostly Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley.
Windows based controls are used on some equipment as well.
Will need to be willing to learn how hydraulics interacts with the controls.
Will design control panels to control the hydraulic processes.
This is a hands on shop floor position that will appeal to someone who enjoys designing controls for huge equipment.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
